The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), City of Kitakyushu, Incheon Metropolitan City and Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) jointly organize the Fourth International Forum on Low Carbon Cities on 8-9 October 2024.

The Fourth International Forum on Low Carbon Cities, themed "Empowering Urban Resilience: Transformative Solutions for Sustainable Low Carbon Cities," addresses these challenges. Building on previous forums and recent initiatives, the forum will focus on enhancing city resilience and sustainable urbanization. It will showcase innovative technologies, unite key stakeholders, and promote knowledge sharing and partnerships to drive carbon reduction and urban resilience.
