The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) and the Climate Action Team of the Executive Office of the United Nations Secretary-General (EOSG/CAT) are jointly convening the Second Forum on Carbon Neutrality Goals of China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea on 7 February 2023, virtually. 

The high-level forum will invite government officials and experts from the three countries as well as international organizations to share strategies, policy practices and experiences of the three countries with stakeholders from and beyond the region. It will also facilitate in-depth discussions on possible joint actions on carbon neutrality.
